RandomChatApps (hereinafter, "the Platform") provides specialized technology consulting services in corporate communication infrastructure auditing, mass data system security, and training in server optimization, digital traffic flows, and intangible asset protection. Services are provided exclusively through the website randomchatapps.com.
By accessing or using the Platform, the user accepts these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the services. Continued use implies acceptance of any future modifications.
RandomChatApps commits to providing services with due professional diligence. However, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption arising from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to failures of third-party providers, cyber-attacks, or natural disasters. The scope of liability is limited to the value of the service contracted in the last 12 months.
The following are prohibited: (a) reproducing, distributing, or modifying the Platform's content without express authorization; (b) reverse engineering the systems or tools provided; (c) using audit reports or results for purposes other than those contractually agreed upon.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available on the Platform are the property of RandomChatApps or its licensors. The user acquires no ownership rights over them, except for a limited license for personal and non-commercial use.
Paid services are governed by the specific conditions agreed upon in each contract. In the event of early cancellation, the user will be entitled to a proportional refund for services not rendered, minus a 15% administrative fee. No refunds will be made once service execution has begun.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund. The user may request termination of their account at any time by contacting info@randomchatapps.com.
RandomChatApps may modify these terms at any time, notifying users by posting on the website or via email. Continued use after 15 days from notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Plata, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
